The Events and Banqueting module handles all your hotel events like conferences, workshops, parties, outside catering and so much more.
Easily manage all your venues and resources with the events’ calendar that shows all your booked venues and resources through out the year and their corresponding events.

 

As you create a new event, the client details will be automatically filled in if the client is a returning client.
You can also create event packages like wedding packages.


 

All event requirements are managed on one easy to use client folio. You can assign as many venues to an event and even keep track of venue discounts and complimentaries.


 

Event resources like projectors can also be tracked and managed on the same client folio.


 

To serve your clients better, you can easily assign and monitor your clients’ event requirements like flip charts, notepads, break teas, meals among others


 

Points of Sale services are posted to the event from the Points of Sale like the restaurants.


 

You can also manage services or equipment hired by the hotel from outside for the event.
Examples include rooms from another hotel in case you do not have enough rooms for the event guests.


Keep track of all your clients’ financial and payment details. The software generates client quotations / proformas, invoices and receipts that can be converted into any currency. It also generates function sheets.
Like all the other Karibu Hotel Software modules, the events and banqueting accounting is fully automated.
